These compact, underground anchors are designed for quick installation into any soil type. Each anchor comes complete with a high quality Zinc / Aluminum wire and features a reinforced loop end that is unique to the Badger Anchors. Pair the Badger Anchors with Gripple’s Bracing Kits (GPAK3, GPAK4) for a fully adjustable bracing system that installs in seconds, and eliminates the use of turnbuckles.
Anchors must be set, or load-locked before load is applied. To load-lock the anchor after it is installed in the soil, remove the drive rod, insert through the loop end of the wire and pull upward to set the anchor horizontally. The specified Gripple drive rod is essential for installing Gripple Ground Anchors (VP-GDRODS). There are also optional installation tools that help efficiently install large amounts of anchors (RDSKT).
